Life Care Center of Acton is seeking a skilled LPN Unit Manager to oversee patient care on our geriatric nursing unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising, implementing, and managing patient care services.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care services
  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, and policies
  • Chart patient information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Administer medication as ordered by a physician
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate patient care plans
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
Requirements:
  • Current licensure/registration in applicable State
  • One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
  • Advanced knowledge in field of practice
  • Ability to make independent decisions and maintain confidentiality
