Job Title: Automotive Office Manager/Controller
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager/Controller to join our team at Tantillo Auto Group. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing office operations, financial transactions, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and cash handling
- Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity
- Reconcile daily bank statements and maintain accurate records
- Assist with floorplan and manufacturer inventory reconciliations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Automotive Office Manager/Controller role
- Strong knowledge of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and cash handling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
