Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP software
- Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to prioritize production orders and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material availability
- Analyze production capacity to improve throughput and reduce lead times
- Communicate schedules and updates to production, quality, and customer service teams
- Manage minimum inventory levels of finished goods to meet customer demands while minimizing aging inventory
- Organize work centers for the production floor and manage lead times to align with delivery demands
- Issue, track, and manage jobs through the rework process as necessary
- 5 years of scheduling and production control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in metal fabrication
- Proficiency with ERP software (Plex experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with inventory management techniques
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
