Job Title: Guest Services Agent

La Quinta Orlando - Airport North is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
