Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Bags, a SP+ Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality guest experience while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests upon arrival and departure
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help guests with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Provide assistance with groceries and luggage carts
  • Offer information about the resort and guide guests to their destinations
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with reservations and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

  • Work in a moderate to high noise level environment
  • Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures
  • Exposure to all weather conditions, including precipitation and bright sunlight

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision
