Responsibilities:
- Assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Help guests with luggage storage and retrieval
- Provide assistance with groceries and luggage carts
- Offer information about the resort and guide guests to their destinations
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with reservations and events
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment:
- Work in a moderate to high noise level environment
- Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Exposure to all weather conditions, including precipitation and bright sunlight
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision
