About The Role:

As an Email Marketing Manager on the Demand Generation team, you'll build, own, and execute our global email nurture programs. This strategic role supports our sales motions to drive demand and revenue growth.

You'll play a critical part in scaling our email channel, delivering thoughtful content to our B2B audience to engage leads and accelerate them through the user journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ideate, test, and scale the email channel to engage with our B2B audience at scale.
  2. Partner with content and PMM to identify the right message and content for each audience.
  3. Leverage performance data to continuously iterate and improve content and messaging.
  4. Cross-functional program management to build, launch, and measure email programs effectively.
  5. Scale our test & learn culture by leveraging data to design sound experiments and iterate to maximize performance.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent writer and strong communicator.
  2. Proficient with Marketo and Salesforce.
  3. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a robust analytical approach.
  4. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute ruthlessly.
  5. Entrepreneurial and high-ownership mindset.
  6. Strong ability to work collaboratively across various departments to achieve unified goals.
