Job Summary
The Recruiting Project Intern will support various initiatives within the recruiting department, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Military Veteran Hiring Initiatives, and the BMW Legacy Program. The intern will assist in creating a more inclusive workplace through intentional inclusion, focusing on improving the experience for employees and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for project management, event planning, and coordination
- Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate the landscape against business strategies
- Support the development and implementation of programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of program goals
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and supporting preparation for meetings
- Participate in project team meetings and provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Working towards a Master's or 4-year degree
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize
- Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced level MS Excel
- Effective communication skills and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
