About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality guest experience and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front office employees to ensure efficient and high-quality guest service
  • Support team members in handling guest requests and complaints
  • Communicate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Perform administrative tasks, including auditing shift work and assisting with scheduling
  • Attend department meetings and training sessions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
