Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record with a focus on outside sales and business development
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
