Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team in the Great Lakes region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional growth goals.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 6-8 years of progressive sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation
  • Base salary: $99,000 to $141,000 annually.
  • Bonus: Eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program.
