Territory Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. This role is responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
- Conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales.
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
- The technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
