We are seeking a seasoned Network Management and Pricing Manager to join our team at CVS Health, where we strive to deliver enhanced human-centric healthcare solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for building and submitting pricing outputs for new and renewing PBM clients across various delivery systems and adjudication platforms. You will work closely with internal teams, including Account Management, IT, and department leaders, as well as external partners to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of business support.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth. Your proficiency in MS Excel, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Access database experience, and knowledge of CVS Caremark network programs and procedures will be valuable assets in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of operational experience within PBM or healthcare industry
  • Strong project management skills and technical expertise
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Access database
  • Knowledge of CVS Caremark network programs and procedures
