Description:
We are seeking a Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization. This role will be responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field, with a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed. They will also have experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration.
The Manager, Price Strategy will work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes. They will also conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions, utilizing external market research and collaboration with other departments.
The successful candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and working knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Tableau. They will also have experience with pricing strategy and program implementations.

The salary range for this position is competitive and based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and oversee alternative fee arrangement programs
Manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs
Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies
Work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes
Conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions
Drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamics
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master of Business Administration or relevant Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration
Proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience
Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership; ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
Experience with pricing strategy and program implementations; strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; with working knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Tableau
