Position Overview:
The incumbent plays a crucial role within the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Department or the Rehabilitation and Extended Care Department. This facility operates at a Complexity Level 1, emphasizing the importance of the position in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Prioritization and Workload Management:**
- Establishes and modifies short-term priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. **Administrative Support:**
- Executes a variety of administrative duties that facilitate clinic operations, including managing incoming and outgoing communications, directing patients and visitors, addressing routine inquiries, scheduling appointments, overseeing consults, and maintaining inventory.

3. **Team Collaboration:**
- Fosters a collaborative environment and enhances operational practices. Gathers and organizes information as required to support departmental functions.

4. **Compliance with Scheduling Protocols:**
- Adheres to established scheduling guidelines, ensuring efficient management of consultations, electronic waitlists, and patient follow-ups.

5. **Effective Communication:**
- Shares relevant information in a timely manner and integrates constructive feedback into daily practices. Utilizes both verbal and written communication effectively.

6. **Customer Service:**
- Addresses and resolves patient concerns, escalating more complex issues to supervisory staff as necessary.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications:
