We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers on our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Product Training: Provide in-depth training on our medical devices, including ultrasound technology, to a wide range of clinical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
- Case Support: Offer technical support and guidance to customers on the safe and effective use of our products, with a focus on critical cases.
- Customer Education: Develop and deliver educational programs to customers on our products and associated procedures, including ultrasound in-services and product in-services.
- Site Support: Provide on-site support to customers, including training and education on our products and procedures.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, developing solutions and making recommendations to management as needed.
- Business Development: Support sales strategy through partnership with sales, in-servicing, and market development activities, including inventory support and PO collection.
- Technical Knowledge: Maintain and expand technical knowledge and skill set through ongoing education and training.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: High School Degree and 9+ years of experience, or Associate degree and 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Skills: Ultrasound and/or venous experience, thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry, excellent customer service skills, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, computer PC literate, expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Certifications: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Certification or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Certification is helpful but not mandatory.
