Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Care Manager to join our team at Kadlec. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinically-based case management to support the delivery of efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify appropriate utilization of resources and ensure reimbursement.
  • Utilize criteria to confirm medical necessity for admission and continued stay.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans in conjunction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and independence.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution, 2 years of recent inpatient clinical experience, and previous case management experience.
