About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team in the Philadelphia area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing innovative sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales and profit margins within your assigned territory.
  • Grow new business and manage existing accounts within your geography while strengthening relationships with current customers.
  • Travel independently throughout your assigned territory to perform water analysis and engage in advanced problem-solving to apply appropriate chemical solutions.
  • Communicate results to ChemTreat account managers and customers using excellent written and verbal skills.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in water testing, chemical handling, measurements, documenting results with reports, and communicating findings.
  • Industrial Water Treatment Experience.
  • A valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must live in the Philadelphia area by start date.
