Business Development Coordinator

We are a family-owned business that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and establish follow-up appointments
- Provide customers with product information and direct them to dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team and process development sessions
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license
