Job Title: Master Data Specialist

As a key member of the supply chain organization, the Master Data Specialist will play a crucial role in the creation, maintenance, and governance of ERP data used for the management of Lytx's purchasing, planning, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and validate item and vendor master data
  • Run the data governance process for updating and changing master data records
  • Develop and implement data governance processes and procedures
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics and resolve any data quality issues
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to data lifecycle management
  • Create and maintain process documentation for data governance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on ensuring minimum data requirements are met
  • Seek opportunities for integration with other enterprise systems for data alignment
  • Support purchasing activities as needed, including PO management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2-4+ years of experience in master data or other data management in ERP systems
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across a variety of corporate organizations
  • A passion for problem-solving and the ability to analyze and use data in a meaningful way to drive decision-making

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.

The expected hiring salary for this position is: $78,999.50.
