Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies to adults and children with a range of mental health needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with members and their families.
  • Crisis Intervention and Support: Provide crisis intervention services, including emergency assessments and stabilization, to members in need.
  • Education and Training: Develop and lead psychoeducational classes and groups to promote mental health awareness and skills development.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of member treatment, progress, and outcomes, in accordance with state and national regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • Experience: Previous experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-Graduate Experience: Previous experience as a mental health professional in a psychiatric treatment team, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Specialized Training: Training in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatments.
