We are currently seeking Licensed Talk Therapists to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in various locations. Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with one of the following independent licenses in the state of Michigan: LPC or LMFT or LMSW or LMSW-C. Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) are also eligible. Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation:

Our compensation package includes up to $130,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We offer a guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities. We also provide flexibility with your schedule, no-show protection, and a full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days.

What We Need:

We are looking for individuals who are willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. We need behavioral health generalists who are open to seeing couples and/or children, and we provide support for those who are interested in growing into leadership roles or supervisors. We also require strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
