\tUnderstand and support digital reporting and analytics metrics.

\tProduction Ticket Coordination:

\tSend production tickets to third-party vendors and provide campaign updates.

\tQualifications:

\tMinimum 1 year of experience with digital technologies, including social media, PPC, and programmatic solutions.
\tExcellent communication skills, including grammar, copywriting, and phone etiquette.
\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
\tStrong listening and problem-solving skills, with empathy for client relations.
\tProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Hubspot, Jira, or Zen Desk is a plus.
\tUnderstanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is advantageous.
