Job Opportunity

Mile High United Way is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in furthering our strategy and execution of all content and digital communication to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive key metrics, including conversions, lead generation, fundraising activity, and program participation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to create and execute email campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital initiatives.
  • Customize content to best reach donor segments through direct response campaigns and audiences on each social media platform.
  • Support the Senior Director, Digital Communications in tracking, monitoring, and reporting analytics from digital campaigns and platforms.
  • Update the Mile High United Way website with fresh and engaging content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing and communications or fundraising.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to be cross-trained for technical build-out and implementation of email, customer relationship management, and website content management systems.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative to achieve goals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionally supportive of all Mile High United Way divisions, management, and employees.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred.

Working Environment:

Flexibility to attend organization events, some of which may be evenings or weekends.

Ability to provide personal transportation.
