Digital Marketing Coordinator

Mile High United Way is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in furthering our strategy and execution of all content and digital communication to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive key metrics, including conversions, lead generation, fundraising activity, and program participation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to create and execute email campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital initiatives.
- Customize content to best reach donor segments through direct response campaigns and audiences on each social media platform.
- Support the Senior Director, Digital Communications in tracking, monitoring, and reporting analytics from digital campaigns and platforms.
- Update the Mile High United Way website with fresh and engaging content.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing and communications or fundraising.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to be cross-trained for technical build-out and implementation of email, customer relationship management, and website content management systems.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative to achieve goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionally supportive of all Mile High United Way divisions, management, and employees.
- Spanish proficiency preferred.
Working Environment:
Flexibility to attend organization events, some of which may be evenings or weekends.
Ability to provide personal transportation.
