As a Senior Account Manager at Compulse, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing positive client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as a technical expert, overseeing the execution of complex campaigns, and collaborating closely with internal teams to address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive client growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and technical support.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to clients on programmatic demand side platforms and campaign manager 360.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with sales, account management, product, and operations teams to execute strategy and address client technical needs.
  • Provide high-level proficiency in reporting and analytics to monitor campaign performance and deliver results to clients.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory, collaborating with sales and strategy teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Develop retention plans and prevent client churn, proactively retaining lapsing accounts.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting, delivering results to clients.
  • Track revenue, provide feedback, and analysis on improving and growing partner revenue.
  • Oversee the performance of digital campaigns, including OTT/CTV, display, geofencing, pre-roll, paid search, social media, email, YouTube, etc.
  • Train clients on digital products.
  • Lead client meetings around project status and marketing plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital knowledge and industry trends.
  • Work remotely, manage time efficiently, and independently.
  • Be available by phone, email, IM, and video calls.
  • Travel once per quarter to meet with the team in person.
  • Travel to clients for in-market visits when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships.
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or publisher and ad tech platforms.
  • Familiarity with programmatic demand side platforms and campaign manager 360.
  • Strong technical account problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with platforms such as Hubspot, Zendesk, Xandr, Beeswax, GroundTruth, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the overall ad tech landscape.
  • Familiarity with Over-The-Top content environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with SQL, web technologies, and APIs preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams domestically and internationally.

Location: Remote; preferred locations include San Francisco, Denver, Seattle, and Baltimore.
