Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management frameworks that establish clear expectations, facilitate ongoing feedback, and promote career advancement. Oversee the performance management cycle, including communication strategies, HRBP collaboration, and the provision of necessary tools and resources.
- Employee Life Cycle Insights: Create and execute mechanisms to collect employee feedback at various stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, engagement, and exit processes.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with HR and senior leadership to formulate workforce planning strategies that align with business goals, encompassing talent forecasting and succession planning.
- Selection and Assessment: Design and validate selection instruments to ensure the recruitment of candidates who meet job specifications and align with the organizational culture.
- Consultation and Collaboration: Offer expert advice and consultation to HR partners and business leaders on talent-related matters, including selection processes, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Data Interpretation and Presentations: Analyze employee feedback and assessment data to provide actionable insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and performance.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee projects associated with talent management and HR metrics, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree (I/O Psychology, MBA, or MA in Human Resources) is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management, HR management, or a closely related field is essential.
- A comprehensive understanding of talent management methodologies, strategic workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies is necessary.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and tools utilized in talent management, such as flight risk analysis and validation studies, is advantageous.
