  • Consultation and Collaboration: Offer expert advice and consultation to HR partners and business leaders on talent-related matters, including selection processes, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Data Interpretation and Presentations: Analyze employee feedback and assessment data to provide actionable insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and performance.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee projects associated with talent management and HR metrics, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree (I/O Psychology, MBA, or MA in Human Resources) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management, HR management, or a closely related field is essential.
  • A comprehensive understanding of talent management methodologies, strategic workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies is necessary.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods and tools utilized in talent management, such as flight risk analysis and validation studies, is advantageous.
