  • Employee Life Cycle Insights: Create and execute mechanisms to collect employee feedback at various stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, engagement, and exit processes.

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee projects associated with talent management and HR metrics, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree (I/O Psychology, MBA, or MA in Human Resources) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management, HR management, or a closely related field is essential.
  • A comprehensive understanding of talent management methodologies, strategic workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies is necessary.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods and tools utilized in talent management, such as flight risk analysis and validation studies, is advantageous.
