As a Clinical Specialist, CRM, you will provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving CRM products. You will provide technical clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of sales/clinical team, integrate into all accounts, build trust and relationships, establish strong rapport with customers, and comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
You will also provide technical (implant and/or procedural case coverage) support in response to field inquiries on a 24-hour, on-call basis. You will work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals, coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously, and effectively.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field; or equivalent experience required
- Ability to become certified on all CRM products
- 0-2 years' experience in medical device or a related discipline
- Ability to apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to concentrate on detail and work independently
- Ability to take rotational on-call schedule: supporting duties beyond business hours during on-call shifts
- Ability to work flexible hours and complete extensive training program
