About the Role

Dominican Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in California's Central Coast, is seeking a skilled Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join its Lifestyle Management Team. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive lifestyle modification services for individuals with chronic diseases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with chronic diseases, working closely with the Lifestyle Management Team to ensure seamless care coordination. Participate in clinical and program decisions to drive exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in lifestyle management, exercise training, and prescription for medical patients.
  • A Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Preferred qualifications include ACSM certification and two years of experience in lifestyle management, exercise training, and prescription for medical patients.
