Job Summary:

As a Production Coordinator at Terex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and coordinate the production of materials, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time to meet production demands. This involves reviewing material availability, escalating shortages, and coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing system work orders and dates, as well as promoting and maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities:
  • Review material availability and escalate shortages to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are available at the right time
  • Manage system work orders and dates to ensure efficient production
  • Promote and maintain a safe and organized workplace
  • Requisition materials when necessary
  • Train and cross-train other employees in materials processes

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of material inventory experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, computer, and math)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer systems aptitude
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and the principles of Lean Manufacturing
