Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President, Client Advisor to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of legal documents, trust agreements, and estate planning. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and professional advisors.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide comprehensive services, including investment management, tax, and operations.
  • Supervise and instruct junior team members in account opening, closing, and asset distribution processes.
  • Participate in client meetings, investment performance reviews, and trade monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client documentation, including account reviews and tax filings.
  • Contribute to internal committees and task forces, such as Client Services and Marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • Industry certification (CTFA, CFP, CFA, CPA) preferred but not essential.
  • Advanced degree (JD, MBA) preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role with a successful track record in new business development.
  • Proven ability to identify and build relationships with qualified prospects.
  • Established network of legal, accounting, and insurance professionals.
  • Successful experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation

A competitive base salary, performance bonus, and benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, and 401(k) with company match. Base salary range: $140,000 - $200,000.
