Leasing Counselor for Senior Living Community

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Counselor to join our team at Parc Provence. As a Leasing Counselor, you will play a critical role in assisting the Leasing Director in all aspects of the leasing and admissions processes. You will be responsible for representing Parc Provence to residents, their guests, families, and the community, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain supplies and materials to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Assist with coordination of room displays to showcase our community's amenities and services.
- Maintain resident and department files, and assist with reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain lead and influencer database systems to track and follow up with potential residents.
- Assist with admissions, move, and discharge paperwork to ensure a seamless transition for residents.
- Assist with creative follow-up for prospects and influencers to build relationships and drive interest in our community.
- Assist with photo shoots, trade shows, leasing events, and special events to showcase our community's offerings.
- Create informational mailings to prospects to keep them informed about our community's amenities and services.
- Effectively communicate through oral and written communications to ensure clear and concise information is shared with residents, families, and staff.
- Conduct tours when needed to showcase our community's amenities and services.
- Follow State Regulations and policies and procedures as set by the Leasing Director and Administration in all areas of duties.
- Report maintenance and safety items to Leasing Director or Maintenance Director when observed or to the MOD or receptionist if on the weekend.
- Required to work weekends, holidays, after scheduled hours if necessary for normal weekend shift coverage, projects, special functions, etc.
- Follow established guidelines for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding residents and their personal information.
- Participate in all training offered by employer to ensure ongoing professional development and growth.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the job.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read and write.
- College degree preferred.
- Prefer experience in leasing or marketing in a Long Term Care Community.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents, and families and possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
