Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Associate plays a vital role in enhancing sales for Small Business, Public, and Corporate sectors by delivering essential administrative and operational assistance to CDW's leading sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to CDW sales representatives.
- Manage order entry processes, including installations, contract additions, and bid submissions.
- Oversee web order processing and fulfill basic sales reporting requests.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding order statuses, customer relations, and facilitate external follow-ups as necessary.
- Address customer service requests and manage return merchandise authorizations.
- Administer special pricing programs and deal registrations, such as HP Big Deal Contract and Cisco OIP.
- Ensure completion of all assigned tasks and manage bids and contracts effectively.
- Track price and freight adjustments, and oversee inbound Sales Purchase Orders.
- Follow up on estimated arrival times for back-ordered items.
- Maintain daily sales order routers and sales order manager screens.
- Provide administrative support for customer visits and undertake special projects as requested.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Sales Support, Operations, or Customer Service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
- Capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- One year of sales experience.
- Experience with SPS.
