Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify customer orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer relationships and accounts within a designated territory to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to prioritize tasks, plan workflows, and achieve sales targets.
  • Update customer, account, and opportunity information in various databases, and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Support the implementation of quality systems, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by providing training and guidance to new employees as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Previous customer service or technical experience is a plus.
