Technical Support Specialist II

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist II to join our Corporate - Information Technology Team.
About the Role:The Technical Support Specialist II will provide technical support and assistance to end users with technical hardware and software system issues. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user Helpdesk tickets, which may require troubleshooting in person and remotely.
The successful candidate will install new software on company computers, build new and/or rebuild existing computers, and maintain software inventory and licensing compliance.
Additionally, the Technical Support Specialist II will update IT documentation, FAQs, and training materials, conduct IT orientation for new employees, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years' Technical Support experience
- MS Certified Professional certification preferred
- A+ certification a plus
- Experience with Windows Powershell, knowledge of OSI model
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications
- Experience supporting AutoCAD and/or MicroStation preferred
- Other troubleshooting applications a plus
- Ability to problem solve effectively, detail oriented
- Approachable personality
- Valid driver's license required
$57,000 - $71,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
