We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Centum Search. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the financial sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support via email, chat, and phone in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our APIs, integrations, and core platform

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support. You will have a strong understanding of relational databases, such as Postgres and MySQL, and be proficient in AWS (or comparable cloud service provider). You will also have a strong communication and collaboration skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
