Job Title: MES Technical Lead

Job Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Technical Lead to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications, including design, software development, testing, and startup plant assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to run successful workshops to understand current landscapes and define future landscapes.

Derive functional requirements and convert them into solution roadmaps.

Design and develop MES functionalities.

Understand MES user stories and develop solutions.

Prepare demos to showcase to clients as part of deliverables.

Configure and customize MES systems based on user stories.

Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including relevant MES implementation experience.

Hands-on technical experience in implementing MES systems like TrakSYS or other MES systems.

Proven experience with cross-system integration, including LIMS, Trackwise, JDA BY, and PCS.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.
