Job Title: Manufacturing Production Line Worker
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable manufacturing production line worker to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products on the production line, ensuring they meet quality standards and comply with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing assembly or related fields, possess strong hand-eye coordination, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble manufactured components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate and maintain assembly line tools and equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards before packaging and shipping.
- Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to company safety procedures.
- Identify and report any defects or assembly issues to the supervisor for resolution.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output and productivity goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on assembly line tools and equipment.
Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing assembly role or similar industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on precision assembly.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move heavy components throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
