We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Activation Strategist to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing 360-degree marketing strategies that drive business growth and meet brand KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual brand planning process, turning brand strategy into best-in-class marketing plans in partnership with key marketing leads, GNPI, internal creative & agency partners
  • Develop awareness campaigns for 2025 and beyond, working closely with marketing, internal creative, and external agency partners
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management from strategy setting, messaging development, content creation, 360-channel activation, and performance management across product launch and conversion campaigns
  • Develop copy and content across channels from briefing through execution in partnership with key marketing leads, internal creative, agencies, legal, and regulatory
  • Oversee established branded partnerships and evaluate new opportunities for 2025 and beyond
  • Own development and execution of derm and sustainability strategies for the brand
  • Act as brand lead for PR, partnering with PR agency and Influencer team to execute brand strategies within the PR and amplify across national channels
  • Own total brand marketing budget, liaising across key budget leads and Finance
  • Define and track success metrics across the marketing plan
  • Identify and manage the brand's research plan in partnership with Data & Analytics team
  • Lead goal setting, performance measurement, and long-term development planning for 2 Direct Reports

Requirements:

  • Experience managing 360 national marketing plans with a track record that met or exceeded key KPIs
  • Experience developing high-impact, breakthrough creative
  • Experience managing national marketing budgets
  • Passionate about marketing, digital, and social and up to date on the latest trends
  • Experience working in beauty, skincare, or related categories is a plus
  • A creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and adapts quickly to changing requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate
  • High initiative and can turn ideas into action
  • Nimble and can prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once
  • Results-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Education and Experience: BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred. 6-8 years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics)
