Job Description
The Corporate Administrative Assistant role at L.S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. involves supporting the corporate office by performing various administrative tasks. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint, and has experience with WordPress website software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of the office through effective organizational skills.
  • Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes.
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as Executive, Accounting, IT, Compliance, and HR.


**Requirements:**
  • An associate's degree required; a bachelor's preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Salary: $61,536 - $66,964 per year.
