About the Role:

Pioneer Telephone Cooperative, Inc. is a leading provider of telecommunications services in rural Oklahoma. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with a wide range of service, billing, and technical inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
