Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cognizant North America. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients through inbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls with a focus on providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates (FCR).
  • Documenting all issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including typing, navigating Windows-based platforms, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.54 per hour.
