Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to patients and concierges, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
  • Monitor and respond to patient inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to design and implement custom protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Track and manage patient orders, shipping status, and prescription fulfillment.
  • Document all patient interactions and activities in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Communicate effectively with patients, concierges, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or medical office setting is required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other software applications.
