Hospice Care Specialist

At FC Compassus LLC, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. As a Hospice Aide, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and support to those in need.
About the Role
As a Hospice Aide, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comfort care to patients, enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity
- Enhancing the quality of life for patients and their families
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) highly preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- State-specific requirements vary, but may include certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a state-approved nurse aide training program
