Role Overview:


The Client Engagement Associate (CEA) is a vital support role that focuses on delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position involves daily collaboration with Financial Advisors and participation in office initiatives, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.

The CEA will frequently be the primary point of contact for established clients, requiring a strong commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence.

Successful candidates will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally. A passion for providing outstanding client service is essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and recognize when to escalate issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries with professionalism.
  • Welcome clients, prospects, and vendors in a courteous manner.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and asset transfer.
  • Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, providing research and solutions to administrative questions.
  • Assist Advisors in their daily client servicing tasks.
