About this Role:

The Lead Studio Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing team development, financial performance, and operational excellence across multiple studios within a designated area. This role serves as a market leader, influencing performance, fostering development, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
  • Inspires a culture focused on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Promotes team retention at all levels.
  • Ensures accountability for cleanliness and hygiene standards in all studios.
  • Supports studio teams in delivering exceptional client experiences and resolving conflicts.
  • Accountable for operational excellence and execution of corporate initiatives.
  • Mentors and develops a team of studio support and service professionals.
Client Experience
  • Delivers a premier service experience.
  • Builds a loyal community of clients and advocates.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, sharing the brand narrative.
  • Educates clients on service offerings and product upgrades.
Revenue Generation & Performance Metrics
  • Creates business strategies to achieve key performance indicators for assigned studios.
  • Enhances gross margin by optimizing studio utilization.
  • Manages all aspects of studio operations.
  • Identifies opportunities to maximize staffing efficiency across studios.
  • Drives revenue by meeting studio financial targets.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities for in-studio events and collaborations.
Training & Development
  • Oversees the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Provides continuous training and development for studio teams.
  • Identifies high-potential talent and develops career progression plans.
  • Builds a talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proficient in P&L management to ensure profitability.
  • Demonstrated success in operational excellence and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
