Position Overview

In the role of Project Manager at Willco Sales and Service, you will lead our Chutes and Compactor division, managing a variety of projects from start to finish. You will be instrumental in coordinating project logistics, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely execution of high-quality results. We are looking for an experienced professional who excels in a dynamic environment, possesses strong leadership skills, and is dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a strong focus on detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of working independently.
  • Expertise in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with FTP sites is advantageous.
  • A commitment to achieving exceptional results in a demanding environment.
