Job Overview

Flagship Pioneering is a leading venture incubator that launches early-stage companies. They require a NetSuite SME/Admin to join their corporate team, responsible for configuration, customization, and optimization of the system. This role involves coordinating with various companies, utilizing excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: 75-96/hour

This position requires expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing NetSuite for multiple companies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Accounting and Finance modules and be able to communicate effectively with clients. With a complex matrix of shared services on the G&A side, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a centralized corporate team handling finance, IT, HR, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize NetSuite for new companies.
  • Maintain and optimize existing configurations.
  • Coordinate directly with companies, ensuring seamless integration.

Required Skills:
  • Expertise in NetSuite configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Experience with Accounting and Finance modules.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
