About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse I to join our team at Lifespan Corporation in Rhode Island, USA. This is a part-time position with a shift of 3.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse I will provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or participation in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required depending on the department.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
