Job Summary:

Monadnock Family Services is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the ACT team.
  • Provide medication management and administration in conjunction with the psychiatrist.
  • Assess physical health needs and make referrals to community physicians as necessary.
  • Offer a range of treatments, including psychosocial rehabilitation, to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with the ACT team to provide support services and ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Master's, B.A., or associate degree in nursing (LNAs will be considered).
  • NH licensed as a registered nurse.
  • At least one year of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting (preferred).
  • Strong commitment to the rights and abilities of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships and respect clients' rights and personal preferences in treatment.
  • Collaborative and respectful team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license in the state where the team operates.
