Client Services Coordinator

Anew Behavioral Health is in search of a skilled and personable Intake Specialist. As the initial point of contact for our clients, we seek an individual with outstanding customer service skills.

- Answering phone calls and greeting clients in our office.
- Collecting essential information and scheduling services for clients.
- Welcoming clients upon arrival and ensuring a positive experience.
- Verifying insurance details and collecting payments.

We are a team of dedicated professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and nurses, who collaborate to provide client-centered services. Our organization is well-established and continues to grow.
Work Duties Include:
- Providing general client access services, such as:
- Answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
- Confirming client visits and checking in clients.
- Collecting necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Coordinating follow-up appointments.
- Communicating relevant information to clients' providers within our integrated care framework.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or progress towards a degree or certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
- Experience with insurance verification is advantageous.
