Work Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing general client access services, such as:
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments directly with clients or referral sources.
  • Confirming client appointments.
  • Greeting and checking in clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
  • Coordinating follow-up appointments.
  • Communicating all relevant information electronically to clients' providers within our integrated care model.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical office is preferred.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or progress towards a degree or certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Must pass a background check and possess reliable transportation.
  • Experience with insurance verification is advantageous.
