Work Responsibilities Include:
- Providing general client access services, such as:
- Answering phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments directly with clients or referral sources.
- Confirming client appointments.
- Greeting and checking in clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
- Coordinating follow-up appointments.
- Communicating all relevant information electronically to clients' providers within our integrated care model.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical office is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or progress towards a degree or certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Must pass a background check and possess reliable transportation.
- Experience with insurance verification is advantageous.
